Dr. Howard Murad, MD, FAAD 

Dr. Murad is changing the way people think about health and wellness with scientifically proven methodologies and an Inclusive Health approach to overall well being that has helped millions enjoy healthier, more beautiful lives. A board-certified dermatologist, trained pharmacist, founder of the University of Inclusive Health, Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at UCLA, and best-selling author of The Water Secret, Dr. Murad has treated more than 50,000 patients and continues to practice medicine at the Murad Inclusive Health Medical Group in El Segundo.

In 1989 he founded Murad, Inc. as a way to share his groundbreaking Inclusive Health approach, youth-building philosophies and skincare formulas, which were among the first to achieve significant measurable youth-building results without surgery.

Dr. Murad grew up in Queens, NY. After earning his degree at The Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, he worked as a pharmacist while attending University of California at Irvine Medical School.

Kathy Kaehler Bio 

Kathy Kaehler, author, celebrity trainer, spokesperson and mom, has devoted her career to helping people live happy, productive and healthy lives.

For thirteen years, she appeared on the TODAY Show as the fitness correspondent while training celebrities such as Julia Roberts, Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Aniston, Rob Lowe, Angie Harmon, Michelle Pfeiffer and Cindy Crawford. In addition to maintaining her strong celebrity clientele, Kathy introduced her signature food program Sunday Set-Up™ in 2009 and launched her Sunday Set-Up™ Club, an online healthy living program.

A best-selling author, Kathy has tackled subjects addressing teens, pre- and post-pregnancy and the menopausal woman. Her most recent book, “Mom Energy”, teaches moms of any age how they can use their natural sources of energy to overcome fatigue and achieve healthy lifestyles while increasing their energy level. She has also been a contributing writer to Elle, Self and Women’s Sport & Fitness and her workouts and training tips have appeared in InStyle, US Weekly, Shape, Fitness, Family Circle, Health, More, Allure, Marie Claire, and Woman’s Day.
